For Individual Runners:
- AI-powered personalized training plans
- Race discovery and partner matching
- Activity tracking and analytics
- Personal best tracking
- Social sharing features
For Coaches and Club Admins:
- Training plan creation and assignment
- Athlete monitoring and analytics
- Communication tools
- Group management features
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By using NexRex, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 16 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will provide accurate and complete registration information
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You agree NOT to:

NexRex uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized training recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI recommendations are suggestions, not medical advice
- You should consult a healthcare provider before starting any new training program
- You are responsible for listening to your body and adjusting training as needed
6.2 No Medical Advice
IMPORTANT: NexRex does not provide medical advice. The Platform, including AI-generated content, is for informational and training purposes only.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
13.1 No Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
13.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXREX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD, or the amount you paid to NexRex in the 12 months before the claim
