Claude
In Claude, add a custom connector with the address https://mcp.nexrex.ai/mcp.
ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, add a custom MCP server with the address https://mcp.nexrex.ai/mcp.
- Keep the sign-in (OAuth) option your assistant detects; no key or token is needed.
- Sign in to your NexRex account when your assistant opens it.
- Review the access requested, then select Allow.
- Return to your assistant and ask about your training.

Disconnect or revoke access
Open the assistant’s connection settings, select NexRex, and disconnect. You can also revoke the connection in NexRex settings. This stops future access through that connection.
Common questions
What can my assistant read?
It can read information your NexRex account can access, including your profile, training activities, plans, goals and performance insights. Depending on your data, this may include heart rate and zones, sleep, recovery and readiness, body metrics, nutrition logs, injury-risk signals and training load.
Can a coach’s assistant read athlete data?
Yes. A coach’s connected assistant can read athlete data that the coach can already see in NexRex, following the athlete’s privacy settings. Connecting an assistant does not expand the coach’s permissions.
Can the assistant change my data?
Changes always require your confirmation. Review the proposed change before confirming it in your assistant.
Does disconnecting delete my data?
Disconnecting stops future access through that connection. It does not delete your NexRex account or information already shared with the assistant. Use the assistant provider’s privacy controls to manage its copies.
How do I change what my coach can see?
Manage your privacy settings in NexRex, or disconnect from the coach or leave the club. Disconnecting your own assistant does not revoke your coach’s separate connection.
